Senate has rejected consideration of Buhari’s $29.96bn loan
The senate voted down the loan during plenary on Tuesday, November
The Senators said they turned down request for approval for external borrowing due to lack of documents supporting the request as referenced in the letter sent by the President to the upper house of legislature.

He said this during the event called “Changing Lives through Grassroot Support” in Lagos on Monday, October 31.
